digital formats are epub and doc. Epub files are used for Amazon Kindle and PubIt!; doc files are used for Smashwords. If you require your epub file to work with Apple's iBookstore, please let me know during your initial email, as file tweaks are necessary to pass Apple's validation checks.
print prices are the same as a single digital format, if purchasing a print interior without ebook files.
all payments are made via Paypal in two halves: one prior to commencement of the project, and one upon completion.
turnaround ranges from 1-2 working days for smaller projects, to 3-4 days for larger ones.
Made a mistake you need corrected? In these instances I have to bill for the time to implement corrections and reconvert files, at a rate of $7.50/30-minute block. Most changes can be incorporated during this timeframe.
